Applicants must obtain an Application for Occupancy Form at the Educational Affairs Office　(Faculty of Science Building #2, Room 1-02), complete the form, and submit it to the office listed below. Current residents wishing to extend their stay must submit a letter of explanation (no specific format) in English or Japanese along with the form.

   Please confirm the application documents with your supervisor before submitting your form.
