Hokudai Genki Project offers a grant for projects which can improve campus life! (2013.10.17)

Hokkaido University organizes "Hokudai Genki Project" which is a competition of students' projects. This is to provide opportunities for students to enhance student's independent efforts and creativity.

Various kinds of projects such as efforts to improve campus life, volunteering activities and research presentation are encouraged. If a project is selected, it can receive financial assistance (a grant up to 500,000 yen).

-Eligibility

Any student or group of students registered at HU are eligible to apply.

-Projects

HU supports projects which enhance and enrich student life from research to answer various questions which arise in daily life to activities which contribute to the local community.

Each project must be completed by the end of February 2014.

-Support

HU offers up to 500,000 yen for each project for any necessary materials.

-Number of projects: 5

-Application

-Deadline

5 PM, October 31, 2013.

-Selection

First and second selection: Hokudai Genki Project Committee will screen on the basis of submitted documents for the first selection, and selected students or groups will be invited for the second selection (interview).
