img Research Field

We have investigated into the lattice formulation of Quantum Field Theory. Lattice formulation may be the most systematic method of regulelization of "Quantum Fields", which is an indispensable process in Quantum Field Theory. In praxis, Physicists have succeeded in the quantitative calculation of mass of Hadrons like Proton or Mesons by the Lattice Gauge Theory. And it should be pointed out that the Quantum Gravity in 2 dimension can be formulated on the random lattice. Hence we have considered the new lattice formulation in which the Standard Model and Gravity are formulated. From this point of view, we have suggested that the "Generalized Gauge Theory", in which the gauge theory is formulated on the arbitrary dimension, and investigated the relation between a Generalized Gauge Theory and 3 or 4 dimensional Quantum Gravity on the lattice.

Furthermore, we have revealed that the Super Yang-Mills Theory can be introduced from a Gneneralized Gauge theory. Therefore, we have studied the lattice formulation of the Super Yang-Mills Theory and achieved in N=D=2 case (N=the number of Supersymmetry, D=dimension).

As is stated above, the basement of a new lattice formulation including Super Yang-Mills and Gravity is going to be completed.
