○About the Booking of the equipment
We accept the booking only by e-mail.
＞All the equipments (including the carbon-coating machine) require booking.
＞The schedules for 2 weeks after a half month wiil be opened on every the first and thrid Mondays.
＞For the students, please ask your supervisors before the booking.
＞We might resuchedule your booking if there are busy.
＞Please cancel your booking when you feel bad (catch a cold).
